Preparation of the site:
- Digging and levelling of the landscaping site
- Enriching the soil with organic manures or amending with fertile soil
- Thorough removal of debris and pebbles
- Thorough removal of weeds, as well as the removal of roots by hand 2 to 3 times to ensure they won’t persist

1 | Consultation and Site Inspection
One on one consultation session with our expert designers to discuss your ideas and to come up with the best-suited solutions for your dream space.
2 | Design Concepts
Bespoke 2D & 3D design options will be created to give you a visualized idea of what the final space will look like.
3 | Quote Agreement
Once the design is approved a quote stating the costing for the project is provided to the client.
4 | Pre-planning
Once the quote is confirmed the supervisor and skilled team of workers will begin work within a mutually agreed schedule to complete work as per the customers’ requirements.
5 | Hardscaping
We use high quality, sustainable hard landscape materials for our hardscapes. Once the customer completes all the Civil and MEP work for the site, our team will proceed with installing the hardscape, this is done to avoid any secondary obstacles from hindering progress.
6 | Irrigation
Once MEP is cleared, work on the micro-irrigation system will begin. The irrigation system will be installed as per the approved softscape plan. Before softscape installation, the water connections need to be in place.
7 | Softscape Installation
We offer a variety of flora; trees, palms species, shrubs, climbers, ground cover, accents, aquatic plants and many types of grass. These options can be used as per the design and the method of implementation will differ from site to site, however, we assure that Hayleys standard will be upheld for each project to meet our customers’ satisfaction.
8 | Handover and Joint Measurements
The job handing over document will be given by the landscape contractor and has all the required instructions. The joint measurement will be taken with both parties present and invoicing will be done on a measure and pay basis. Upon completion of the landscaping project, the client can now fully witness their concept actualized.
9 | Maintenance
We offer certain duration of FOC maintenance after completion of the project to help the client maintain the landscape in top-notch condition at all times.
10 | Maintenance Contracts
If the customer wishes to contact the appointed Landscape contractor, that is available as a monthly or weekly service.
